It is a well known fact: guests who float regularly experience the most benefits from their floats. Even more, guests who start out by floating multiple times in their first month, experience these benefits more readily. You can float once, but you shouldn’t bet on getting a full understanding of the impact of float therapy from that single experience. The greater value is in consistency.
While many people have wonderful experiences for their first float, leaving it at that is leaving most of the benefits on the table: reduced stress, reduced anxiety and physical pain, improved sleep, cognitive function and athletic performance, to name a few.
We wanted to make it easy and affordable for you to float consistently AND enjoy additional benefits here at relax: Float Spa! We developed our new V.I.P. Membership Program with two options for building your float practice. Once you join, you’ll unlock benefits reserved exclusively for our members!

relax: Float Spa Gold V.I.P. Program (Very Important Phloater)- $60 per month (billed on a quarterly basis, $180 per 3 month commitment.). Total due at sign up, $180, then billed $180 every three months. Must sign-up in person at the Spa.
GOLD V.I.P. Members receive:
- 1 Float per month in either type of suite:
- 90 Minute Float Experience (Bon Bini Suite or Blue Rocks Retreat)
- 20 minute Sunlighten™ Infrared Sauna session followed by a 60 minute Float Experience (Zen Garden or Floating Forest)
- Free Birthday Float. (Free Birthday Float is valid for 14 days after the date of the V.I.P. Members birthday, and is only valid for the V.I.P. Member, as long as the membership is current and in good standing.)

relax: Float Spa Silver V.I.P. Program (Very Important Phloater), $70 per month (billed on a monthly basis, $70 per month, ongoing commitment.). Total due at sign up, $70, then billed $70 every month.

Sauna Only Membership Program
- Sauna Only Membership Program is a monthly recurring program at the price of $200 per month (Members receive 4-60 Minute Sauna Sessions per month). Additional visits are discounted to only $40 each.
- Monthly Sauna Only Members can also bring a companion with them for an additional cost of only $20.
- Service credits expire after 30 days.
- Normal cancellation policy applies (appointments cancelled within 24 hours are assessed a $30 late cancellation fee). No-Show/Abandoned appointments will be charged one full credit.
- 14 days notice required to cancel the sauna only membership, or the late membership cancellation fee of $50 applies.
Membership Terms:
Memberships are automatically billed on a recurring, basis (either quarterly or monthly depending on the tier). Floats that have accumulated during your membership never expire as long as your membership is current.
30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle is required for effective termination. Any cancellation requests within 30 days of the next billing cycle will be subjected to a $50 Early Termination Fee.
Once membership is terminated, remaining floats will expire in 1 year from the date of termination.
V.I.P. Membership Cancellation & No Show Fee:
Any members who schedule an appointment and need to cancel within 24 hours are still subject to the $30 Late Cancellation Fee. V.I.P. Members who do not show up to the spa at the time of the appointment (unless prior arrangements have been made) will be subject to (1) Float Credit from the members account being used for the missed visit. If there are no float credits available and fees cannot be collected, the V.I.P. Membership may be terminated.
